Archetypal Alchemy 1:1 Astrological Coaching
What is Archetypal Alchemy?
Archetypal Alchemy is a 3-Month 1:1 Astrological Therapeutic Coaching journey where we explore the challenges and potentials in your birth chart for real life transformation.
You will also learn about your Soul lessons and past life karma. For most people these things connect to their struggles and help to bring what's unconscious to the surface.
We will unpack your chart in depth and explore the archetypal parts that challenge you the most so that you can transform at the pace that suits you.
We will work on any trauma-informed and somatic levels that show up, including nervous system resilience, emotional and mental health and increased capacity for Soul growth. At the end of the container, you will have gained greater self-awareness of your patterns, potentials and purpose.
A Workbook for Reflections
Sessions are held via Zoom each fortnight and recorded for you. The workbook will be a place for you to record key take-aways from each session and record questions and triggers that come up. We will also keep abreast of any major transits that may be happening for you while we are in your container. This means you have the support and guidance on managing those transits as well as navigating other pieces of your birth chart.
In Between Session Support
I will also be available to you via Whatsapp (or email if preferred) for extra support, especially if you need to de-brief about anything in the weeks where you are integrating from the session before.
